Purchasing

Meat can be purchased at farm though appointment, at the Willimantic Food CO-OP, or at Coventry Farmers Market. Individual cuts come from animals that are processed at USDA inspected butchers.

At certain times we can sell whole hogs, these can be processed at USDA facility or the animal can be sold live and then brought to a custom slaughterhouse. The animal is sold based off the "hanging weight". Contact us for price and details.
